Being a senior citizen allows more time for reflection and appreciation of life. More wisdom is held from experiences while the pace of the younger generations speeds by. Unfortunately, technology keeps moving along at break-neck speeds, leaving many seniors wondering if we’ll be able to keep up in the digital age.

My name is Keith Gonzalez, and I’ve been a computer professional for over 33 years. My goal with Over55Tech is to provide trusted computer support for the over 55 crowd. We live in a world where hackers and scammers are lurking around every corner, trying to trick us out of our earnings. Computers and the Internet are the places where we are vulnerable to these scams. Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone you could trust to call for help?

As an altruistic digital guide, you can now get affordable help dealing with the all these Information Age tasks. Think of me as your personal digital assistant. My offerings center around the whole online experience, such as: Online assistance; Computer tutoring; Consumer services; and so much more! The most important aspect of what I do is to make sure your information and assets are properly protected.

Here is a brief description of how Client onboarding looks like this:

• First consultation is free. We talk about the things you need over the phone.
• References are provided to you for a chance to speak with others I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
• Next, we will meet in person to get a good idea of how you use technology in your life.
• I’ll gather a list of items I can help you with and build a custom plan for your needs.
• That’s it. From that point on I will be able to take care of your digital issues.
